POP3 Email Accounts
Your account will include a number of POP3 email accounts allowing you to download your email to your favourite email reader such as Outlook.

Auto Responders
Your account will include a number of auto responders. This enables you to set-up a reply to any email that is sent to you. Since this is done at server level the sender gets the reply instantly. This is useful to inform people when you are on holiday or direct them to your help pages.

Email Forwarders
Your account will include a number of email forwarders. This allows you to forward all the email you get to this address to another external or internal address.

Multi Recipient Addresses
This is an email address that can be used to forward mail to more than one account. It can be used as a mailing list or to forward mail to multiple departments.

Catch All Account
This email address will be the default email address if the email is addressed to a user not already created on your account. Useful if you want to have sales@ info@ help@ all go to the same inbox.

SMTP Server
An outgoing mail server which you can use to send mail from your email client.

Email Virus Scanning
In order to help protect your computer from becoming the victim of a virus we have installed a virus scanner on our mail server. This checks all incoming and outgoing emails for any virus enclosures. If a virus is found it is rejected at server level, preventing the virus ever reaching your computer. You should of course still install your own local virus scanner in case of infection by other
means.

SPF Publishing
We publish basic SPF records for all domains which you can also customise further to suit your specific needs. See OpenSPF SRS: Sender Rewriting Scheme We perform SRS on all forwarded mail automatically to ensure compliance with return-path and SPF checks.

Spam Protection System
We use a highly sophisticated spam protection systems for our users, providing one of the best systems available as standard for all domains. In our first method of protection we employ a sophisticated SMTP challenge system which reduces the spam our users receive by 95%.

The way we implement the process is a guarded secret so as not to provide too much information to spammers however the system has a huge success rate and customers find the spam reduction is enormous and false positives are zero. In addition using databases of known spam servers and websites alongside sophisticated bayesian filters that are constantly learning we are able to tag emails which match specific criteria as spam.

This is done by adding [Spam] to the subject. Users can then decide to filter this at local level with their own mail software filters or to set-up rules using our webmail software to filter it at server level. The sensitivity of the detection can also be easily adjusted by users via the webmail interface. We also provide the ability to create your own server side filters. The power of our system and the configuration available makes it nearly 100% effective at removing spam from our users mailboxes.

Our hosting packages can normally be setup within 24 hours once we have received your order.

We expect you to lease a hosting package, initially, for a minimum of 12 months.

The initial invoice and any setup fees should be paid first by cheque or direct transfer.

All other ongoing costs will be paid either by cheque or direct bank transfer. Invoices will be issued every year, both for the standard charges and any variables charges (e.g. additional bandwidth, disk space, domains names and so on).
